Phyllis and Russell HoagRussell Hoag and his wife, Phyllis (Gallant) Hoag are now retired and have relocated from Maine to Roanoke, VA to be closer to two of their sons, one in Charlotte and one in Norfolk. The Hoags have many interests, including travel, sports, Spanish and Oriental cultures, cooking, and reading.
